Apply as a vendor
Sign up through the AiN vendor portal. We tag your application as a Wellness Partner candidate so the right team picks it up first.
Vetting + capability enable
Platform admin reviews trust signals (BBB, B-Corp, references) and enables the wellness_partner capability on your vendor record once approved.
Land in partner portal
Click 'Open Wellbeing partner dashboard' from your vendor portal. We hand you off with a 5-minute Wellbeing-scoped token — no re-auth.
Frequently asked questions
Who can become a Wellness Partner?
Any published AiN vendor in good standing. Partner candidates are typically wellness-adjacent services — clinics, gyms, financial coaches, repair shops with EAP-relevant offerings.
Does the partner-portal session see my vendor data?
No. The handoff token carries only the Wellbeing partner scope. Vendor JWT claims are stripped server-side at mint (Lock K2-eng).
What happens if a partner is disabled?
Future handoff tokens stop minting immediately. Existing 5-minute tokens remain valid until expiry by design — the audit accepts the small risk window.
How are partner-member interactions audited?
Every partnership state change emits a wellness_partnership.* event into the platform audit log. Phase 2.A landed the enum + draft_created event; partner sessions extend it.
