AiN Collective (Automotive Impact Network)
For Tire, Lube & Repair Shops
AiN is a network for auto-industry partners: tire, lube and repair shops, their area managers and chain marketing teams. Our mission is to go national. Today the referral network is in Colorado.
My Refer Buddy: refer the work you don't want
When a vehicle needs work your stores prefer not to take on, your service advisor refers the job to a shop we have reviewed.
- A 4% referral payout on the referred repair's parts-and-labor subtotal, funded by the shop that does the repair.
- Your organization decides where the 4% goes: to the store, to the employee who made the referral, or donated to the Stranded Motorist Fund. It also decides whether employees receive payouts at all.
- A 3% fix-it fund, figured on each referred repair's parts-and-labor subtotal, covers fixing mistakes made in the referring store. The repair is done at a participating partner shop.
- There is no fee to the referring store.
We send the customer back
Every partner shop agrees, as a condition of joining, to send the customer back to you.
Every partner shop is reviewed by us personally before it goes live
If something goes wrong, we step in personally and work with both shops.
SMF Certified Shop
The Stranded Motorist Fund is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit that Dan Adam founded in 2020. Its Certified Shops provide repairs at reduced rates for approved SMF applicants.
